Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT accept RETURNS, we only do Size Exchange.

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them at our WAREHOUSE (at the below mentioned address) within 10 Days in its original box packing and the invoice.

Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on brandpreetkaur@gmail.com or watsapp us at +919321482102 for the same.

Once we receive the footwear for size exchange we will check them and after checking that we will start the process of your footwear in exchanged size. Please note it will take 10-15 days to dispatch the size exchanged footwear.

 

REFUNDS:

We do not entertain refunds or returns.
