Shipping Policy
DELIVERY POLICY:
We dispatch your pairs within 24 – 48 hours of placing the order. Delivery time would be between 7-10 working days depending on your location. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.
- Shipping fees / Cash on delivery charges are not refundable should a purchase be returned.
- Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All domestic orders will take about 5-7 business days for delivery from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.
- International orders take a minimum of 10-12 business days for delivery from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.

SHIPPING POLICY:
As there are options for shipping while checkout. Customer can select from the options and price are mentioned by the various courier companies depending upon the address. Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

International Shipping and Payments
Shipping in India is free on order placed above Rs 10000. For all other countries we have tied up with the best logistic partners like DHL, Aramex, Fed Ex, Skynet, Linex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.
The following are the rates on the basis of shipping address. The prices are in INR. (Free International Shipping above 15,000 INR)

- We accept all international credit and debit cards (including amex). Simply choose credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction.
- An alternate payment option is PayPal. You can select this at the time of check out as well. Once we get an order confirmation email, we will send you an invoice (on the email id provided) for the same. Your card will be billed by Paypal when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination. (You do not need a paypal account to make the payment)
- We try our best to ship the order to you within 7 -10 working days.

- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. Liquids are classified as prohibited items by the receiving countries government, hence paints can not be shipped as they will be held by Customs.
