Refund Policy

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your kolhapuris for another size then please notify us on info@preetkaur.co within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.

The kolhapuris can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value.

The Return of the footwear  charges for to and fro will be beard by customer.

You may then return it to us at PREET KAUR, A/207, 1ST FLOOR, VASHI PLAZA BUILDING, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI 400703 within one week in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

KOLHAPURIS bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.

For International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
